Fermented in stainless steel for 19 days at 60 degrees.  Malolactic fermentation was inhibited and crossflow filtration utilized for a clear, clean wine.

Exceptional blend -  fruit driven with crisp minerality and natural acidity makes this a Spring/Summer wine to enjoy with friends and family.  100% Santa Lucia Highlands fruit off the esteemed Boekenoogen Vineyard.  The response to this wine has been tremendous in the tasting room.
