Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar
Our Blackberry Balsamic vinegar starts with fresh locally grown blackberries from neighboring farms. They are placed in small vats with California balsamic vinegar and the “Mother.” There they are left to go through a second fermentation process taking several months. This process enhances and locks in the fresh sweet berry flavor giving the balsamic a rich smooth finish. Great for dipping bread, salads and roasting vegetables.
