Our distinctive extra virgin olive oil is grown utilizing sustainable farming practices.  Mission and Arbequina olives are individually harvest at their peak when they have the maximum aroma and minimum acidity.  The oils are later hand blended to create a medium intensity olive oil that is well balanced in fruitiness, bitterness and pungency.  Our flavored oils can only be achieved by cold pressing.  The oils and flavors are extracted and perfectly combined during the milling process.  Unlike infused olive oils, this method creates a true flavored oil that will not separate or lose its flavor during cooking.  It I superior in quality and flavor intensity.  Visit our Morro Bay tasting room to purchase of call the winery at (805) 238-2321.
