White Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Our Fig White Balsamic vinegar starts with fresh locally grown blackberries from neighboring farms. They are placed in small vats with California balsamic vinegar and the “Mother.” There they are left to go through a second fermentation process taking several months. This process enhances and locks in the fresh fig flavor. Has a sweet caramel, fig flavor. Pairs well with Meyer Lemon for salads.
