Director of Operations and Assistant Winemaker Jon Mooney produced this sumptuous blend of 75% Adelaida District Syrah and 25% estate grapes from Stella’s block.  This inky dark blend showcases notes of blackberry and plum and the Cabernet Sauvignon adds hints of black pepper and texture to the wine’s mid palate.  The plush tannins lead to a long, lingering finish.
